These terms govern your use of rhmtransport.com and the Loadpath dispatch portal at portal.rhmtransport.com, both operated by Right Hand Man Enterprises, LLC, doing business as Right Hand Man Transport (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Every text message is sent by one business: Loadpath (Right Hand Man Enterprises, LLC). Loadpath’s AI assistant, Loadpath Larry, writes them. No other company sends texts under these programs, and your consent covers texts from Loadpath (Right Hand Man Enterprises, LLC) only.
We run two text message programs. The first is a one-time invitation to the Loadpath dispatch portal. The second is account messages for people who use the Loadpath Load Board, the Loadpath portal or the Loadpath Hiring Board and said yes to texts when they signed up. Both are described below, and the opt-out, help, cost and carrier terms apply to both.
We send one text message to a vendor, carrier or customer contact who has given us their mobile number so that we can invite them to create an account on the Loadpath dispatch portal. The message names the person who invited them, identifies Loadpath, and contains a single sign-up link that expires in 14 days. No account is created unless the recipient follows that link.
You provide your mobile number to our staff directly, in conversation or on a vendor or carrier document you complete with us, and agree to receive a text message containing your sign-up link. We never purchase, rent or scrape phone numbers, and we never message a number that was not given to us for this purpose.
You receive one message per invitation. This is not a recurring or scheduled program. A further message is sent only if you ask us to resend your invitation.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier may charge you for receiving them according to your plan.
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time to stop all further messages. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages. To start receiving messages again, contact us and ask.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier’s network and on your handset, and we cannot guarantee that any particular message will arrive.
When you sign up for the Loadpath Load Board (as a trucker), the Loadpath portal, or the Loadpath Hiring Board, the sign-up form asks whether you agree to receive text messages from Loadpath (Right Hand Man Enterprises, LLC), with the full wording beside the box. The box is never ticked for you, and you can sign up without ticking it. If you tick it, we may text you about your own account:
Message frequency varies with your activity. No marketing is sent. You can turn texts off at any time by replying STOP, or from your profile or account page.
A Hiring Board driver can ask our automated AI assistant to call them to fill in their listing. We only call when you book the call and agree to it, and only after you confirm your mobile number with a texted code. We do not take calls in to this service. The call is written down to fill in your listing, and no recording is kept. Your answers about past driving jobs and any accidents, violations or suspensions are kept for RHM, never shown to truck owners, and must be updated every 3 months.
Joining costs a $10 entry fee (waived for sign-ups by November 15, 2026) and $1 a month until you cancel. Every member passes an ID check before they are matched, shown to anyone, or can ask or accept a request to connect: drivers check their identity (their license and a live selfie, through Stripe), their license details and their medical card (and a TWIC they hold); truck owners check their identity (a photo ID and a live selfie, through Stripe). Photos are not kept.
Either side can ask to connect. A request the other side doesn’t answer expires 48 hours after it is sent, and nothing is charged. If you ask and the other member accepts, you pay $2.00. If you accept a request, you pay $1.00. You need a card on file to ask or accept. If a connection can’t be completed, any charge to you for it is refunded and nothing is shared. Names, phone numbers and emails are shared only once the connection goes through. Certified is for drivers and costs $25 for 6 months, plus what the agencies charge for the reports. The driver orders their own FMCSA PSP report and a background check with their driving record, and uploads them; RHM reviews them and deletes them once reviewed, keeping only a summary, the dates and the decision. Owners see only that the reports were reviewed, and when; never the reports.
Messages are supported on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket and Virgin Mobile. Carrier support may change without notice.
Your mobile number and your consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. Accounts are for the business and the person they were issued to; do not share your login.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
You keep ownership of the information and documents you enter or upload. You grant us only the permission we need to store, process and transmit that content in order to provide the service — for example, to include shipment details on a dispatch sheet sent to the carrier you selected.
We aim to keep the portal available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we carry out maintenance that may make the portal briefly unavailable.
Nothing on this website or in the portal is an offer, quotation, or binding commitment to carry a load. Rates, availability and equipment are confirmed in writing for each shipment. Transportation services we provide are additionally governed by the rate confirmation, bill of lading and any separate carrier, broker or shipper agreement between us, which control in the event of any conflict with these terms.
The website and the portal are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of the website or the portal.
Nothing in this section limits our liability for transportation services, which is governed by the agreements and documents named above and by applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website or the portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
