Effective October 20, 2026
Right Hand Man Enterprises, LLC, doing business as Right Hand Man Transport (“we”, “us”, “our”), operates rhmtransport.com and the Loadpath dispatch portal at portal.rhmtransport.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it.
Every text message described here is sent by one business, Loadpath (Right Hand Man Enterprises, LLC), and written by Loadpath’s AI assistant, Loadpath Larry. The opt-in on every sign-up page is consent to receive texts from Loadpath (Right Hand Man Enterprises, LLC) only.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We collect mobile phone numbers only when a person gives us their number directly — in conversation with our staff, or on a vendor or carrier document they complete with us — for the purpose of receiving an invitation to create a Loadpath account.
We use that number for one thing: to send a single text message containing a sign-up link. We do not use it for marketing, we do not add it to any list, and we do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise disclose it to anyone for their own use.
We also collect a mobile number when you sign up for the Loadpath Load Board, the Loadpath portal or the Loadpath Hiring Board. Each sign-up form asks, with a box that is never ticked for you and its full wording beside it, whether you agree to receive text messages from Loadpath (Right Hand Man Enterprises, LLC) about your account. If you say yes, we keep the wording you agreed to, its version and the time. We use the number only for messages about your own account (on the Load Board, jobs that fit your truck, quote and award updates, delivery sheets, account notices and password reset links you ask for; on the Loadpath portal, your account and your requests, including sign-in codes and request updates; on the Loadpath Hiring Board, listing call bookings and reminders, answer reminders, and when another member asks to connect with you), as described in our Terms & Conditions. If you say no, we do not text you, except a code to confirm your number that you ask for yourself.
You may reply STOP to any message to stop all further messages, or HELP for assistance. See our Terms & Conditions for the full messaging terms.
| Category | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Contact information | Name, company name, email address, mobile or business phone number |
| Account information | Username, a securely hashed password, and account activity in the Loadpath portal |
| Operational information | Shipment requests, equipment records, locations, customers and carriers that a portal user enters |
| Applicant information | Where someone applies for driver or owner-operator placement: the details and any documents they submit on the form |
| Technical information | Standard web server logs, including IP address and browser type, used for security and troubleshooting |
A Loadpath branch’s saved equipment, customers and locations are shared by the people at that branch. Other companies cannot see them, or their shipment requests.
Drivers on the RHM Hiring Board tell us, on the listing page or on our AI listing call, about their driving jobs in the last 3 years and any accidents, moving violations or license suspensions. We keep these answers for RHM’s own review. They are never shown to truck owners, and drivers update them every 3 months. No recording of the call is kept, and its written transcript is deleted once the driver saves their listing, or after 7 days.
We use a small number of established service providers to run the portal. They may process personal information strictly on our behalf and under contract, and may not use it for their own purposes:
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
We disclose personal information only where we are required to by law, valid legal process or a government request; where it is necessary to investigate suspected fraud or a threat to safety or to our systems; or where you have asked us to.
The portal is served only over encrypted connections. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and never in a readable form. Uploaded documents are held in private storage and served through short-lived links rather than public URLs. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Account records are kept for as long as the account is open. Submitted shipment requests are hidden from a user’s history after 30 days and permanently deleted after 90 days. Applicant records are kept for as long as needed to consider the application and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your account and associated records at any time using the contact details below.
Our services are for businesses. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we handle mobile information will be posted here before they take effect.
